Please join us for an overview of the status of the COVID-19 pandemic in California and an update on Early Care and Education/Early Intervention. The presentations will be followed by a question and answer period.

Deborah AllenDr. Deborah Allen is the Deputy Director for Health Promotion for the LA County Department of Public Health. She has been fighting for social justice, reproductive rights and support for children with special healthcare needs for many years.

Debra ColmanDebra Colman is the Director of the Office for the Advancement of Early Care and Education (OAECE) at the LA County Department of Public Health. OAECE leads program, policy and systems improvement efforts to support early care and education across LA County.

DoyleDr. Doyle attended Georgetown School of Medicine & completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. Since finishing her residency, she has practiced general pediatrics in multiple settings including as the medical director of several federally funded clinics.

Nora LiuNora Liu, PT, DPT, PCS, is the Therapy Chief of Children’s Medical Services and the Director of the LA County California Children’s Services (CCS) Medical Therapy Program (MTP), where she oversees a staff of 200 employees at 23 outpatient therapy clinics.
