tober 16, 2020 | 12:30pm - 1:30pm
This event will feature LIVE coach-the-coach pract ice. Together we will practice coaching strategies (e.g. problem-solving, r eflection, observation, feedback, etc.) while we watch segments from a rece nt mobile coaching visit between another family and another home-visitor. T his is a unique opportunity to support an EI colleague as we coach them liv e through this video self-modeling process. Video modeling is an evidence-b ased way to learn from our peers and strengthen our own coaching and routin es-based-intervention skills. This is the second coaching event in a series of ongoing monthly coaching/RBI live zoom events.
