DDS Releases Proposed Title 17 Regulations-Vendorization; Voting; Census

The Department of Developmental Services recently released Proposed Emergency Regulations - Title 17. It is hoped that these "...regulations are necessary to enable individuals with developmental disabilities to receive their nonresidential services by alternative methods during the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis". The retainer payments currently in place end August 31, 2020.
