Join us for the December 17, Saturday Morning Listens at 8:30 am. Great opportunity to connect with others. We will have a special hour where we all have the opportunity to share our go to gifts for infants and toddlers. How many of us have worked with families who ask for suggestions for holiday and birthday gifts?  Wouldn't it be great to have a list you can share?

Come and share your recommendations or attend and hear from others!  Anyone who attends LIVE will receive a combined list of things shared during the session.

If you have any questions - feel free to reach out to Michelle Oliver at [email protected]

Book ClubIDA Fall Book Club!

Join us for our book club on December 17, 9:45-10:45 to connect and discuss the book Nature Meets Nurture: Science-Based Strategies for Raising Resilient Kids by Stacey N. Doan PhD. and Jessica L. Borelli PhD.

The book will be divided into three parts (parts 1/2 have been completed):
12/17 Chapters 7-10 and Epilogue

Every parent has pondered "nature vs. nurture" questions. How much of my child's personality and behavior is inborn? How much is learned? This important new book written by behavioral scientists who are also mothers has answers.

This book offers the best parenting practices to foster resilience by encouraging children’s social-emotional development and adaptive stress-regulation strategies. The authors translate scientific research into concrete, actionable tips and recommendations to help promote the emotional well-being of both child and parent.

We will have Author Q&A during one of book club meetings.
